Grant Gibbs

My main goal for the Sign Language Interpreter Workshop coming January 18 is that all of you who attend leave feeling good in your bodies. I also intend that you have an understanding of how you can practice some of what we do to make your bodies feel better in the daily, vigorous life you all lead.

I will offer a variety of approaches so that everyone can find something that they find doable and that works in a short amount of time. The emphasis will be on simplicity, safety and fun. I have been fortunate to share with many people in the last 24 years as a bodyworker and I look forward to sharing with you.
