This year-long series of supervision sessions is designed for practicing interpreters to explore the use of reflective practices and case conferencing.  Extensive knowledge of DC-S is required. Participants will be introduced to a structured analysis that identifies all of the salient components of an interpreting assignment and engages decision-making from a values-based perspective. Participants will practice applying theory to their work, case presentation, and case analysis over the series of monthly sessions.
