In this interactive forum, there will be a brief overview of what this reflective practice is and why we need it, followed by a thematic case conferencing forum. Our theme for the morning will be teaming and the unique demands that occur within these situations. As this differs from traditional case conferencing everyone will be encouraged to share their experiences with this demand which will be analyzed in a safe, structured environment.
